About Me
I am a professional with a heart for coaching others towards self-discovery and alignment with their strengths and values. I’m focused on using my expertise to partner with individuals and businesses to make the experience of work not only a healthy endeavor, but truly an authentic expression of the self.
My twenty-plus years of experience in human resources allowed me to observe first hand the significant role the workplace plays in an individual’s health and wellbeing. I witnessed how businesses can thrive when this is recognized and investments are made in the care and development of the people in their workforce. To further explore my curiosity in this area, I obtained my Masters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, became a certified practitioner of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, and pursued certification as a professional coach.
My strengths of empathy, curiosity and acceptance make me an insightful and effective personal coach. I add value to businesses by helping them align people and processes with strategy.
Some of my areas of special interest include working with high performing students and professionals to prevent (or recover from) burnout, cultivating career discovery and transitions, navigating life events such as the birth of a child or major health issues, and identifying how those with high sensitivity and neurodiverse minds can thrive in work and life.
